Information used for your booking

Jason Davis operates this booking page for Phase Line. Your name, email, selected meeting and time are used to arrange and manage your invitation. Optional company and discussion notes help Jason prepare. Please leave medical details, identity documents and financial account information out of those notes.

How Google Calendar is used

When Jason connects a Google account, the app checks its verified email address, lists its calendars so Jason can choose which ones block availability, and reads busy times from those calendars. It creates and manages the events booked through this service in the account assigned to the selected page.

Availability is checked across Jason’s connected accounts to avoid conflicts. Visitors cannot see other calendar titles, guests or descriptions. Google Calendar receives the guest’s name and email, meeting time and type, meeting location or Meet link, and a private management link. Optional company and discussion notes are not copied into the invitation.

This app uses Google data only to provide scheduling. It does not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Its use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and service providers

The app runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Those services process hosting traffic and store the scheduling database; Google provides calendar invitations and, for remote meetings, Google Meet. Guest details, preparation notes and Google access credentials are encrypted in the scheduling database. Booking times, status and event identifiers are also retained to manage meetings and recover interrupted requests.

Essential cookies support sign-in and Google connection sessions. Device storage remembers your appearance preference. The app does not add advertising trackers. Booking management links should be kept private: anyone with the link can manage that booking.

Retention, access and removal

Booking records are retained until removal is requested and completed; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule. Cancelling removes the calendar event but does not erase the app’s booking record. Other Google invitation copies are governed by the relevant account’s settings.

Contact jason@phaselinellc.com to request access, correction or deletion of your booking data. A connected account owner can revoke the app’s access in Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops future Google access; it does not itself delete existing calendar events or booking records.
